ReactionGrid OpenSim Public World Terms of Service
Note-These Terms apply to our singular world "ReactionGrid" based on Opensimulator. Our clients hosted worlds are able to determine their own Terms without ReactionGrid Inc. oversight but for the fact we do not host X-rated material.
PG Rated-This applies to audio, text, images, avatar design, object design. Anything created inworld or imported inworld must be PG rated. Account suspension if this is not adhered to.
Content from other Opensimulator or compatible virtual worlds is only allowed if you are the creator or can prove the content creator has allowed specific use in our world.
We do not allow in our world ReactionGrid ban lines or billboard style advertising. Small signs are allowed if they are PG and related to your sims concept.
ReactionGrid Inc. reserves the right to close any account at anytime for not abiding by these rules.
Opensimulator software is in Alpha state which means many features do not work properly or at all. We recommend backing up you simulator before any major changes. We are not responsible for recovering disabled scripts or objects but will try to do so if possible.
Disputes over content theft are between relevant parties. When a court requests data from ReactionGrid Inc. we will abide by it. DMCA takedowns and obvious patent or trademark infringement will be acted upon immediately.
Our world is soon introducing an optional economy system from an approved partner. No other economy systems are to be installed on our singular public world. Private world owners are free to explore their own options.
All content created on your systems are 100% owned by you. Imported content falls under the ownership of the original creators unless stipulated in the license. You are free to backup and offsite your content at any time.
